New York City lawyer, Jeffrey Schwartz, who defended Nixzmary Brown's step father, is currently the defense attorney on another high profile case in New York City. Schwartz is defending John Katehis, a 16 year old teenager accused of stabbing to death New York City, WABC radio reporter, George Weber, who's 47.
George Weber placed an ad on Craiglist looking for rough sex and the 16 year old, John Katehis, responded in exchange for $60.00. Weber reportedly gave Katehis alcohol and drugs and during that drug fueled, rough sex romp, John Katehis stabbed George Weber 50 times to the neck and body! Afterwards, Katehis took off his bloody clothing and dressed himself in the dead man's clothes! When he was arrested he was still wearing George Weber's clothing! Katehis' Myspace page described him as a, "Satan loving, knife-wielding, sado masochist".
Schwartz, on Katehis' behalf, will be claiming self-defense!
