I recently found out that an ACS worker named, "Orlene Cummings" has retired from ACS in January of 2009. (In N.Y. CPS is called ACS: Administration for Children's Services) I haven't confirmed that this is the same Orlene Cummings that was assigned to Nixzmary Brown's case but how many women work for ACS named "Orlene Cummings"?
Here's who Orlene Cummings is: On Dec. 30th 2005 Nixzmary Brown hadn't shown up to school in almost a month. Rather than get a search warrant to go into the house to inspect the child, Supervisor, Andrew Bartley, wanted to wait another week to see if Nixzmary would show up!!! (As if a month wasn't long enough!) Supervisor, Orlene Cummings was even less concerned than Andrew Bartley was. Orlene Cummings told Nixzmary's caseworker, the p!g, Joyceline St. Hill, that if Nixzmary returned to school, to send a note home with her to her parents!!! A note!!! A godd@mned m*therf**king note!!! I'd like to take that note and shove it up Orlene Cummings' st!nking a$$!!!
Just in case, you were wondering, Nixzmary never showed back up to school. You know why?
BECAUSE SHE WAS MURDERED!!!
Now, this cockroach of a woman has retired and is receiving a tax payer funded PENSION! That means that every time money is taken out of YOUR paycheck, it being used to pay Orlene Cummings! Orlene Cummings is being paid because she was a lazy b*tch who did nothing and a beautiful little girl named Nixzmary Brown died because of this roach and her incompetance! Her pension is Nixzmary Brown's BLOOD MONEY!!!
Oh, by the way, Andrew Bartley and Joyceline St. Hill are both currently suing ACS for their jobs back!!!! As if being responsible for Nixzmary's death wasn't bad enough, these two want to keep raking in the bucks at the expense of vulnerable kids!
